Keystone Investments Ltd operates axtmarkets.com, a software platform that provides trading tools, scanners, signals, and educational resources for traders.

Keystone Investments Ltd is not a licensed broker, financial advisor, investment manager, or regulated financial institution. We do not hold, manage, or invest client funds. All trading activities are conducted independently by users through their chosen brokers and trading platforms.

Trading in foreign exchange (Forex), commodities, indices, and cryptocurrency markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage available in these markets can work against you as well as for you.

You may lose some or all of your initial capital. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Before using our services or entering any trade, carefully consider your investment objectives, experience level, and risk tolerance. Seek independent financial advice if you have any doubts.

All content provided by Keystone Investments Ltd — including trading signals, scanner outputs, market analysis, educational material, and any communications — is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

All trading decisions are made solely by the user. Keystone Investments Ltd accepts no responsibility for any trading decisions made based on our tools or content.

Results shown in marketing materials, backtests, or historical data are illustrative only and may not reflect what you experience.

Trading results vary significantly between individuals based on capital, risk management, broker conditions, and execution timing, among other factors.

Keystone Investments Ltd provides software tools only. We do not accept deposits, manage trading accounts, or act as an intermediary between users and markets. AutoTrader is an automation tool that executes instructions on accounts owned and controlled entirely by the user through their own broker. The account, its funds, and its positions remain at the user's broker at all times; we never take custody of money.

Broker account access.Running AutoTrader requires a technical connection to the user's broker account. Depending on how the user connects, this may include the user's MT5 account number, broker server name, and (where the user chooses a cloud terminal) their encrypted MT5 trading password. Access is used only to read the account's balance, equity, positions, margin and deal history, and — whether the connector runs on the user's own computer or, for a cloud terminal, on AXT infrastructure — to place trades the user has explicitly configured. We do not use broker credentials for any other purpose, and we never move funds into or out of a user's account. Users may turn reporting off, delete the stored history, or remove a stored password at any time from the Performance page.

Users are solely responsible for all trades executed through our tools, including any losses incurred. Users are responsible for reviewing the signals, symbols, lot sizes and risk settings their connection acts on, and for complying with the rules of their own broker and jurisdiction.

Subscription payments are processed by Flutterwave or via manual bank/crypto transfer. Keystone Investments Ltd does not store card details or banking credentials. All payment processing is handled by third-party providers subject to their own terms and security standards.

No Refund Policy: All payments made to Keystone Investments Ltd are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, unused subscription period, dissatisfaction with signal performance, technical issues on the user's end, or duplicate purchases. By completing a payment you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us at support@axtmarkets.com within 24 hours and we will review the case at our sole discretion — this does not constitute a guarantee of any refund.

The AXT Partner Programme allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring paying customers. Commissions are earned on verified purchases only and are subject to our affiliate terms. Keystone Investments Ltd reserves the right to withhold commissions in cases of suspected fraud, self-referral, or violation of affiliate terms.

We strive to maintain reliable, uninterrupted access to our platform, but we do not guarantee continuous availability. Keystone Investments Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time. Signal delivery depends on third-party infrastructure including Telegram and our scanning engine — we are not liable for delays or failures in signal delivery.

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not resell, redistribute, or share access to our platform
• Take sole responsibility for your trading decisions and outcomes
• Comply with the laws and regulations of your country of residence

To the maximum extent permitted by Ugandan law, Keystone Investments Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or service interruptions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

All content, software, scanner algorithms, branding, and materials on this platform are the intellectual property of Keystone Investments Ltd and are protected under Ugandan and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

The Killshot scanner source code provided as a one-time purchase is licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the source code is strictly prohibited.

These terms and any disputes arising from your use of Keystone Investments Ltd services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ugandan courts.

Keystone Investments Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
